Baked Penne

Cook 1/2 pound of Penne Pasta.

Brown a pound of ground beef (Set half aside for tomorrow).

Grate 1/2 pound of mozzarella cheese.

Dice 1/2 onion.

Mix beef, 1/2 of the cheese, onion, and a jar of spaghetti sauce.

Stir in pasta.

Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

It turned out pretty tasty, although I think next time I'll use less onion for my personal taste.

Mikey's verdict: "You make the best food ever!"
