Pot Roast

Throw some chopped veggies (this time I used potatoes, onions, and carrots) in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add a couple tablespoons of butter.
Salt and Pepper
Add a pot roast.
Sprinkle a McCormick Pot Roast seasoning packet over the meat.
Top with a can of cream of mushroom soup.
Pour about a third of the can full of water in.
Turn on low for 6 hours.

Chicken Corn Chowder




handful of diced onions
tablespoon olive oil
garlic salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can corn
1 1/2 cooked, diced, chicken breasts
salt and pepper

Saute onions with olive oil and garlic salt in a sauce pan for a few minutes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Cook till warm, not boiling.
